Wallabies and Springboks to pay respect to fallen soliders

As a mark of respect for five of Australia’s fallen soldiers the Qantas Wallabies and Springboks will this weekend wear black arm bands and observe a moments silence ahead of The Rugby Championship Test in Perth on Saturday night.
Last week five Australian soldiers lost their lives while serving in Afghanistan, two of whom were born in Perth.
Both the Qantas Wallabies and Springboks will don black arm bands in memory of Sapper James Martin, Private Robert Poate, Lance Corporal Stjepan Milosevic, Lance Corporal Mervyn McDonald and Private Nathanael Galagher.
Australian Rugby Union will also provide members of the Armed Forces with a complimentary silver ticket to The Rugby Championship Test in recognition of their service and contribution to the country.
Armed Forces members who present their Military ID at any ticket box office at Patersons Stadium on Saturday 8 September will receive a free silver ticket.
